Let's add capital punishment for officers too. You know if a civilian kills a cop that's pretty much automatic death penalty, they should have to the same punishment. No more manslaughter or minimal sentences for police.

Interesting 1. HPD has not allowed any kind of choke hold technique in the past 50+ years 2. HPD has never taught officers to shot at moving vehicles 3. A Warning as if drop your weapon is not a warning? 4. Exhaust all non lethal? Ever had a gun point pointed at you???? Move on
