Is it okay to report the enemy team that can end but not end, just hold the game so long for stat, made it kinda waste so much time and so boring 
Note: they always come with better comp from random QM.

I did this alot during that nexus challenge 2.0 e event (that one event where the game was infested by overwatch players who did nothing but throw just to get that Dva skin)
here no nexus challenge, but these sort of people keep doing it, so many time this happened till i feel bad on it
