Is it okay to report the enemy team that can end but not end, just hold the game so long for stat, made it kinda waste so much time and so boring 
Note: they always come with better comp from random QM.

I am guilty of doing this sometimes. But only if me and my teammates sense that the entire enemy team is throwing for fast games.

I did this alot during that nexus challenge 2.0 e event (that one event where the game was infested by overwatch players who did nothing but throw just to get that Dva skin)

Sadly, this game can be horrible if you dont play as a whole team (or at least with 2 more friends) the matchmaking gets worst everytime

If they don't end, they are cocky, if they are cocky, they'll do mistakes, so I'd try to gather the team and punish them for their arrogance. A lategame teamwipe can cause the not-finishers a loss.
