When a person hits that subscribe button they are saying, I want this person's content... not I want you @Youtube to decide what portion of content I get.... C'mon guys, to subscribe is an action, which means that sub is saying, give me this content

In the past, some viewers were frustrated with how many notifications they received. Not everyone felt that way, so we added the bell. For any subs who are worried they're missing content, they can get all notifications by changing their settings here: http://goo.gl/XLDtz4

All of the videos will still show up in your subs feed. As not every sub wanted to receive a proactive notification, we created the bell so viewers had a choice.

Not every video shows up in our sub feed. Not every video even shows up immediately on the creators' pages. And your bell icon doesn't work every time either. If facebook can send me a notification if my friend likes something, you can send me the ones I actually asked for.

You tell them Corey. I get more videos on my feed of people I’m not subscribed too or subscribed too but don’t watch all the time than people who I watched every night. The notifications are late or they don’t work.
