        I hope I'm wrong, but I worry Facebook organic posts and ads will become less effective. Especially as they remove certain ad targeting capabilities and get really honest about their video view metrics. #HootChat

        I think you're right... Organic reach on facebook almost feels like it's going in the opposite direction... Their algorithms have changed and it makes organic harder to get! Running FB ad campaigns using targeted audiences is almost your best shot. :( #HootChat

        Exactly! I've heard people say that algorithm changes force pages to serve only the highest quality content. Not to toot my own horn, but I think I craft pretty entertaining/compelling content, and I still see less engagement than I used to. I guess we just have to accept it!

        It's almost as if regardless of the quality of the content, you can't put that content out there without paid advertising or word of mouth.. That quality content has to be SEO-ed like crazy too.. Where do you post? I'd like to check it out!

        The main client I'm allowed to mention is Washington Crossing Historic Park in Pennsylvania. The Facebook page is the park name. I also advise on their Twitter account (@WashXingPark) but I've just lately leaned into working on their Twitter presence. Slow but steady growth!

        I would love to get them to do some live-streaming, but there are some client-side issues that make it impossible for me to invest a lot of time into any one project for them. It's a stretch goal, though!

        That's an awesome goal! I'd love to see how much more growth the account would have if they do some live broadcasts or some video recordings of events or promoting events! I firmly believe video on Twitter grows authenticity & personalization!

        A8: I think that targeting and segmenting is going to be more important than ever before. Facebook groups have become a solution to newsfeed changes. Targeted ads are known to be more effective than broad ones. We need to hone in on our target market to be successful. #HootChat
