        We use @hootsuite and have been having a horrible experiance we have been told for days that you are diagnosing thebissue and now no one is answering our calls!!! This is extremely frustrating!!!

        No I have not. For genpast three days we are trying to get through to someone and the last person we spoke with said that they will tuna diagnosis with our issue and will get back to us in 4 hours that 4 hours is taking 2 days!!!

        A6. I don’t think it’s just about reaching them I think it’s about engaging with them and to help with that you can use platforms like @hootsuite to monitor brand mentions and brand relevant keywords then engage with your customers in a timely and useful way #hootchat

        Good, you're on the right track! Think about networks rather than demographics. A network has shared beliefs, unwritten rules, rituals, and social norms that describe who you are as a person and they can help predict what you are likely to do. #HootChat

        Demographics would be like marketing to all the women at your school. Yes, you're all women, but that doesn't mean you share the same interests or behaviors. Think about your circle of friends and what you have in common and how you influence each other; that's your network.
