Well I would hope the #UK business leaders r smarter than that. Longterm gains r made by improving quality, not by lowering prices.

sigh, you still don't get it: lowering the value of the pound is not a bad thing. Yet dumb ex-PM used it as a warning against Brexit.

Or maybe he was simply counting on the electorate being economically enough to believe him. In other words, he was appealing to the Left.

I don't think so: he correctly used the state of the currency as a marker of economic performance. And he was right .....

Did he now? I distinctly remember him using it as a warning in and of itself, not as an economic indicator, ie: http://www.strongerin.co.uk/get_the_facts pic.twitter.com/i0sdRiZ6zN

Er, pointing to an indicator of loss of value (and the manifestation of such loss) as a consequence of an action is a warning!

I already said it was a warning. But it's economically ignorant. As are you, apparently, by your continued defense of Cameron's propaganda.

So the pound falling is a good thing, and Cameron warning against it was propaganda ... for what exactly? (enlighten the ignorant pls)

So leaving is a good idea because the pound now falls and #UK exports become cheaper? And his campaign to remain was propaganda?

No, leaving is good because the EU is not good. Falling value of pound is just a beneficial side effect. All campaigns are propaganda.

Read my blog for why the EU is not good. You could start here: https://hoongwai1984.wordpress.com/2016/03/19/the-positive-case-for-brexit-2-a-cost-benefit-analysis-of-eu-membership/ … And why are you repeating what I already wrote?

Further scrutiny pending, your the arguments in yout blog would equally apply to #london or #scotland leaving the #UK ....

No, there are very significant differences between EU centralisation and UK's devolved structure. I am also not against Scottish indy.

But surely Westminster has more central power in the #UK than the #eu parliament or commission has in the #EU ?

You'd hope that, wouldn't you? EU keeps consolidating power even as Westminster devolves power to local governments such as Holyrood.
