Definitely share that with,
@SFDAOffice , @chesaboudin , @DavidCamposSF , @sfbike
Maybe even organizations like,
@DefundSFPDnow , or people like @hknightsf ?
It's really depressing and alarming that all city leaders stay silent on blatant, egregious incidents like this where SFPD officers (illegally?) ran a red light and hit and injured cyclists. Where's the outrage? Who will step up and address this?? Do any of you actually care?
Apparently so. How have we allowed this? Can @SFPD and other police elsewhere do whatever they want without repercussions? Even if they act illegally? What a terrible way to run a modern society. Someone needs to step up and be accountable for SFPD and their bad actions.
Yeah, I've seen them do that all over the city. They keep proving that they couldn't care less about cyclists. The only time anyone even SEEMS to care is when people are killed. Even then, it's brief lip service and then they move on and nothing changes. It's really bad.
Smells like a whole lot of white privilege problems in here . “ my bike lanes aren’t clear “
Uhh. You're not paying any attention here. I don't think this was even a bike lane. SFPD ran through a red light and hit two people riding their bikes. And the whole city is silent about it. Let me guess - you're going to defend the cops?
Uhm not defending cops. If you wanna talk about the city being silent. How about the 17yr old that got shot in his car. Silence on that. How about the increase in robberies where elderly people are being targeted . Or how about the shooting victims who are people of color.silent
