This sort of language is just NOT helpful. It is NOT possible to "fight" Alzheimer's, or any other disease. This implies that when the inevitable happens and someone dies they didn't "fight" hard enough. Please stop it.

Yes, good point, I missed that, you are spot on! Sorry!

Avoid statins. Helps. Anything with aluminum.

I cant prove this, but I believe statins are a prime suspect. People take these drugs for years and side effects can go unchecked by doctors.

Cannabis has been shown to help fight Alzheimer’s.https://youtu.be/i0OEbKzAujQ

Do I, the caregiver, get to take it? Seriously, I would let my mother, who has Alzheimer's, try cannabis if easily available in my state.

My diet lifestyle collaborator,
@harvardmed@MGH_RI neuroscientist@RudyTanzi, a world renowned Alzheimer's researcher, has long said that early detection of people AD is vital to defeating it!@Bill_George@LotusBee27@mariashriver@LEAD_Coalition@CureAlzheimers -
I’m not aware of any proven medical treatment that prevents Alzheimer’s. Can you explain how early detection actually works toward preventing the progression? Is there proof of stopping the disease once detected? Thank you
