After serving 24 years in the , Charles Wheeler was looking for a place to call home. With the help of #HomeBaseIowa, Wheeler now calls Scott County home. “I realized that among all the state incentive programs, Home Base Iowa is probably the best.”
There is a new program to help those with #military vehicle experience get a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)! #Veterans with transportation experience may be eligible to obtain a CDL through the ’s waiver program. #Veterans
