Sure you're busy, but I've got a quick question. On a video I posted yesterday, it should be able to be viewed in 1080p. However it is still stuck at 360p and it's been that way for almost 24 hours. Usually it takes much less time.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lsLcwrKo-C8 …

@TeamYouTube Again this has happened with Video A and B. Video A is shorter, and came out before Video B, and yet B is 1080p while A is 360p. What is the reason for this? Sorry to hear that–if your video is still not in HD, it might still be processing. Note that higher resolution videos may not reflect until the upload is fully complete. You can set it as unlisted first & make it public once it's available. More here: https://yt.be/help/3QZ9

Yes, I usually wait until HD is ready. It's been over 24 hours for the video in my first reply and it's still 360p. A video I uploaded yesterday is still in 360p but one I uploaded today is in HD. Both are lengthy videos. Is it an error?

Found your tweet looking for an answer - I'm having exactly the same issue with video stuck at 360p. I don't think its you, I think the issue is with YouTube. I've never had issue with it like this before.

Same way for me. It's weird cause an upload that came out today is already in HD but one yesterday is still not. It's pretty annoying, but yeah it's probably just YT.
