How could he not explain why they are fine? Reps have no plan. They may protect pre-existing conditions but here is no protection for big premiums jumps for pre-existing conditions.

killing the ACA will do the following: Allow annual/lifetime cap. No protections for ppl w/pre-existing conditions. Allow women to be charged more based on sex, & for people as they age. Kill - kids ability to stay on 'rents ins until 26.
