Last night I was watching Nightwatch & several people who should have been seen in a hospital declined because of money. I’m not going to the Dr. until I qualify for Medicare next year. My last ER visit wiped me out.

You are right. The hospitals write it off as a "federal emergency" and try to get the federal government to reimburse. This happens all the time when illegal aliens use emergency services, especially labor and delivery. You are paying for the children of the illegal aliens.

Pre ACA even people who had insurance and a precert would get the medical care, then the insurer would retroactively terminate the policy leaving patients on the hook for huge bills. This will come back if they remain in power.

That is false. The insurer could not terminate the policy in a real emergency. The patient has no choice in a critical situation where the ambulance is diverted. Who is "they" in power? You don't know what you are talking about.
