No we don't. He did nothing. He should have voted no in committee, when he had the chance. There is no guarantee he'll get an investigation.

I agree, 'no' would have been better, but he threw a wrench into the
@GOP plan and that was enough to get this investigation started. It's being reported that Grassley has agreed to the FBI investigation. Good chance that would have never happened if it weren't for Flake.

He voted "yes." This is not cause for commendation, but rather condemnation. Frankly, if you believe this is a victory then we are running out of good options to vote for here in AZ.
