    Naar aanleiding van het onderzoek over ruim 18.000 verdwijningen van alleenreizenden kinderen schreef dit opiniestuk voor . Belangrijk dat politici dit thema blijven behartigen!

    Tot wel 30.000 (!) vermiste minderjarige migranten tussen 2018 en 2020 in de . 17 kinderen per dag! Ze worden slachtoffer van slavernij, prostitutie & gedwongen bedelarij. Mijn oproep aan alle lidstaten om deze kinderen te redden. ⬇️

    We have a deal on ! With an ambitious & realistic GHG reduction target of at least 55% by 2030, the is paving the way for climate neutrality by 2050. The transition to a climate neutral economy will boost jobs, growth, innovation & our way of life.

    I warmly welcome the agreement on the Climate Law.   Our political commitment to becoming the 1st climate neutral continent by 2050 is now also a legal one.   The Climate Law sets the EU on a green path for a generation. It is our binding pledge to our children and grandchildren.

    Extremely worried about the 18.292 registered missing minor refugees in Europe in 3 years (2.642 in Belgium 🇧🇪 only!) that are at risk of becoming victims of human trafficking & slavery. 3 years after my book “Where are they?”, I keep on pushing to protect children in 🇪🇺!
