In the last decade, worldwide, when explosive weapons have been used in towns and cities, 90% of those killed or injured have been civilians. This is predictable harm - across time and space. It must stop.

Two explosions got me out of bed at 4:40 am. Russia fired S-300 missiles at Kharkiv from Belgorod. One hit children's football field, the second near the entrance to the metro. Terrorist state is openly shelling civilian objects.

"Crimes against humanity" in #Ukraine. Hundreds of civilians were "executed" in the #Bucha region. More evidence of possible #warcrimes. Men kidnapped, tortured and executed, communities terrorised by Russian soldiers. @sarahrainsford @JonHughes1 @DariaSipigina @MarianaMatveic1
