I've only had luck AWS docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/ Been surprised not much competition. Gcloud supposedly has GPUs in beta.

Hard to buy "democratization of AI" when hardware is so scarce.I built a Titan-X machine since AWS just got them.

even GPUs aside, there's AWS Machine Learning, Google Cloud ML, etc that I think would good to have on there

google cloud ML there in ML. MSFT and Amazon libraries there too but you are right they should be in platform too
