Frieza (till time rewind) so if she can be brought back with the DB then by all means No.16 should be alive in the DB world today

You're forgetting something important, though: Arale's a gag character. Most likely she survived Earth getting blown up in the first place.

Also, in the Buu arc they wish to have Earth restored back, buildings/cars/etc included. If nothing else, Arale would be revived by that.

Arale is a gag character...she's not really part of DB lore. She occasionally makes guest appereances but she's not part of their universe.

Considering the multiple guest appearances and times that Arale has been mentioned w/ DBZ (for lack of better terms) Id say its the same uni

Maybe Gero's daughter? A female relative? I mean, she's got red hair, and 16 was modeled after Gero's son.

Oh god, please give her a proper back story and not say "Oh she is as smart as Gero, no questions ask". Hopefully not a Mary Sue character.

They have more....of a background history to the characters they introduce. From Raditz to Vegeta to Frieza to the Androids, etc...

did you just really say Raditz ? and I highly doubt background is what made Vegeta or any of the other great....

part of the enoyment was theier shallow writing , that´s what basicly Dragonball was all about : stupid fun
