No they really don't. MRAs have been taken over by actual sexists. And feminism doesn't have a 'dumpster full of ideology'.
That's only one example. Hell, it's nowhere near as bad as the lie that the nutcase "incel" who killed a couple people was an MRA.

The point is, it's a common slander tactic. And a lot of people fall for it.

Still, a quick glance through Reddit's MRA r will show stuff like this supporting sexism. It's only two examples, but it's still there.pic.twitter.com/0w6gVtUToo

Yeah, so... where's the sexism here?

1) I actually screenshot the wrong part of this, my bad. 2) They're acting like one women's experience proves something about that.pic.twitter.com/tNzE8S6fIn

1. Uh... honestly, I'm having a hard time figuring out what the person I presume you're pointing to is even trying to say. I mean... what?
-
2. If anything, that's just the "using anecdote as evidence" fallacy. Still not seeing the sexism. Not saying that women are inferior.
-
And to be clear, I'm sure there are sexist MRAs. Just like there are probably racist MRAs, and Scientologist MRAs. It's a big(ish) group...

...and not a monolith. What would be significant and concerning if there was something INHERENT in MRA...ness that lead to sexism.
