    We've been doing this since the beginning and it's worked remarkably well. Anything less is disrespectful and unfair to new hires and existing employees. It requires enormous discipline but it's always worth it.

    👏 to and for their “First and Best” policy. Salary negotiations never made sense to me. The hidden costs far outweigh the bass salary saved.
