Eksperter? Arh vel? "Naturopathy is considered by the medical profession to be ineffective and harmful, raising ethical issues about its practice. Naturopaths have repeatedly been denounced as and accused of being charlatans and practicing quackery."
An important study like this needs a highly regarded publisher in order to make the most impact. If they just release it I suspect it will be quickly dismissed and forgotten.
Sure there are pros/cons regarding pre-publication peer review in the #FOAMed way. I believe @precordialthump from @LITFLblog knows much more about this.
But I am curious; why not present these #Covid19 results in an abstract/poster on a medical conference for instance?
