Marc Fornes , who created Under Magnitude, a permanent installation at the Orange County Convention Center, says the work triggers comparisons based on viewer background. Hence the reason I can’t believe this isn’t the endoplasmic reticulum, esp w the nucleus.

Horowitz: DP typing has become more common due to finding of importance of DP mismatch permissivity. Now ~65% have DP typing obtained. Big change in just 8 years.

Agree. QUAZAR a game-changer in non-transplant eligible AML. Question now is whether post transplant CC486 maintenance improves outcome as well. AMADEUS trial now recruiting rapidly through UK IMPACT trials network

saved best for last - another truly “practice changing” abstract - QUAZAR study (presented by Andrew Wei) showing clear benefit to CC-486 maintenance in CR1 in older non-transplant eligible AML patients treated intensively. Particular benefit in those MRD+ at enrollment.

Iacobucci: compound mutations could be explored in this rich dataset, eg, shown here in NPM1 mutant AML/MDS. NPM1 with cohesin mutations have quite favorable prognosis. In CBF AML MN1 overexpression identifies high risk subgroup.
