Im glad to see enchanced UI mentioned! it provided financial security and an amount of financial gains that many lower income households never had in their life. I would love to see if it was a sustained source of support like a basic income.

THIS! This is precisely why criminal convictions/incarceration only guarantee that we reproduce the same problems we claim to condemn—we saddle the poorest amongst us with rap-sheets that prevent them from employment, housing + everything they need to survive or escape poverty
