    It's *normal* that founders have usually built 4-5 complete failures (often each taking 6-12 mo each) before "haphazardly stumbling" across an idea that finally works. A music artist is often nearing a thousand "okay" songs before they make a song that gets 1M plays.

    A dogma that I don't agree with is that you should launch with an ugly UI. I agree that "if you don't launch a version that embarrasses you, you launched late", but a beautiful template for modern MVC frameworks only costs $20-$40. The algorithms should be ugly, not the HTML.
