IMO e v e r y o n e needs to to start taking online community management more serious, and talking about these things as a business.

Interesting artical. One of the things that i think most (not all) communities need to work is a fair and balanced process for dealing with the enforcement of the Stricker guidelines. Just banning people outright is not enough we need to educate first. Imo we could learn alot

About how to do this from employment guidelines. E.g. warns and clear definitions for serious misconduct, that will lead to expulsion from the community. Far to oftern, it is knee jerk banning without considering all the facts.
