That is a server setting. The server hosts obviously haven't thought that one through. 
Are there any plans to change the way one destroys an outpost? The fact you don’t even have to interact with it to do so is a bit cheesy to say the least
Is there any detailed information about maintenance time for the update? such as the maintenance will start at 7th December, xx:yy (GMT) ?
