I would like to buy this, but sadly my country might not get good servers (to avoid high ping of course), which ticks me off...I hope Southeast Asia gets servers to minimize lag Also would this have crossplay with PC?

Why not make it an option? I really enjoy playing with my friends on multiple systems. I know it can't be cheap. But I don't see a problem in having the option when the devs have the resources.
