Will my progress carry over to the full game? - No, progress will not carry over to the full game.
Can I play with friends? - YES: Squad matchmaking will be implemented in this beta for the first time in HLL.
Can I play in the beta if my region is outside of Europe and North America? - Unfortunately not this time, but we've not forgotten about you 
When will I get my code? - Likely just before the beta goes live on August 26th.

Will it have crossplay in the full game ?
Between Xbox Series and PlayStation 5 consoles, yes. We're keeping console and PC separate though.
Will the game supports proximity chat ?
Amongst your own team yes.
No taunting the opposition though 
Is the beta open to people in the UK?
When the full game releases will I be able to transfer my progress and unlocks from PC to Console, I've got a lot of paratrooper uniforms they take ages to unlock
There isn't cross-platform between PC and console, so I doubt it. You never know though, Warframe did transfers and wasn't cross-platform.
