I have the load out bug worse than ever, can't change loadouts.

Just to confirm my actions, I was assault (level 8) Americans with the 6 grenades and 4 smokes. I wasn't used to the changes in aiming the gun so tried to switch to the bar, but ended up with the lowest level assault loadout and couldn't change it.
