I have seen a few comments related to FPS drops. Any word on future performance boosts?
We're looking into this to see if they're linked to current LOD and rendering reports. In regards to focused optimisation we're absolutely working that into future patches and updates :)

Regarding Performance : community AA setting could use Some tweaks, since the game looks blurry with it. People already have to use NVIDIA control panel to make it Look like before for the people who used the ini to tweak graphics. Just a heads up for you guys!
