You should just add free content to everyone’s accounts or make it so we can claim it on mobile. I’m not near my pc and you cannot claim it on the mobile app. These small things will put people off your game which is a shame.

The vast majority of our customisation content is immediately baked into the game. This is our 'event' cosmetic that celebrates a certain milestone in the game. It'll be back again :)
