Great game but the unwillingness of players to communicate using VOIP is a problem, this includes officers and commanders. Also the prevalence of squads without any officer. Played 2 games just now and I think this was the case with 60% of the squads. Do you see this as an issue?
Hey Luke, Thanks for dropping us a line! We agree that communication is king in Hell Let Loose and we hope this update goes towards encouraging that. The Update that features unit management will also prompt players to go Officer if their unit lacks one :)

Yeah, I hope so. It would be interesting to know why a game like Squad *seemingly* has more active talkers. Is it that Squad appeals to a hardercore mil-sim crowd and they are more willing to talk? In-game mechanics that encourage comms? My imagination? Something else?
