M18 hellcat, but I've found frontally the Sherman can take more tank shells than the panther which is weird but on the sides the panther can take a hit to the side while in the Sherman a side hit is an insta kill.

Early Sherman's lit up fast because they kept ammo along the sides... And in the turret. They moved and added things like wet racks to minimize that chance but lowered total ammo.
