No, that guy is holding the dead baby. He is supposed to represent the father or relative and this photo was put there to emphasize the headline, "baby bomber". Photo (and any of its parts) has never been circulated before, probably taken by Daily Mirror photographers.
Dude no. The baby isn't even dead. look at the ears, eyebrows and hair line, it's supposed to be assad, he's holding up the baby like it's a child sacrafice. The baby probably isn't syrian but from some nappy add.
