    That tweetchat was so fast! I was trying to keep up by responding on my laptop (signed in to ) & following the hashtag on my phone (which was signed in to my cat's Twitter account). If anyone got a reply from I apologise for the error

    I'm leaving the tweetchat now. When we see the analytics, they'll be mindblowing. I've never been part of a virtual conversation with so much great content. It makes me feel that the future of quality improvement is sound because there is so much passion & action

    A5: People want to share, collaborate and learn about things thay are pssionate about. We just have to make it easier to do by working through multiple channels & matching the channels to the aims. There is no one right or best way

    A4: I think that people in quality improvment need core skills at whatever level but those higher in the system need to have the skills to convene: creating the spaces/conditions where people across the system can collaborate and flourish as improvers
