no, we call those elections, michelle. hijacking a public budget to administer an off-cycle election because your preferred candidate didn't win is some first-class bullshit. when i have some downtime i'll work on the recall process to ensure that folks need to pay for it first

First, a recall is an election that is provided for under California law. Second, it is ironic that you, the fonder of @VoteAmerica, are looking for ways to deny access to recall elections by imposing fees. Democracy should not be partisan.
