That person posting a video on YouTube, in the real world, and promoting it in the way he did is not fiction. It sounds like you're the person who cannot separate the two. Justifying a ban from a person, in the real world, promoting violence, is far more reasonable than Jack.

Honesty, I'm not "outraged". YouTube has already done the hard work for me. The people who want him back on YouTube are outraged. I'm just criticising a callous idiot for promoting violence in his real YouTube video.

I'm bothered because it sets a standard I don't agree with since anyone could be hit over "promoting violence". This could be used on anyone who uploads games. Those who were bothered over this person uploading a tasteless video can get fucked for all I care.

What I'm trying to illustrate to you with your GTA Hospital Massacre is that those videos weren't politicised and weren't promoting violence. His was. You're treating this case as a slippery-slope when it isn't necessarily. They have good reasons for pulling that video.

What you're ignoring is that the politicising comes entirely from you as a viewer. The rest of his videos clearly shows him targeting men of all groups in the game, so there is clearly no targeted hate going on. So any political conclusion you try and pull on the video is on you.

No it doesn't come from me as a viewer. I watched the video and the context for it (the title, description, and comments) was basically "fuck feminists". Are you saying him branding her an "Annoying Feminist" in a video where he killed her isn't political at all?

No, you're entirely wrong. Your CONTEXT is wrong. You're limiting your views of him as a person and his personal views down to a single video, yet you have all his other ones right next to it, with him killing men, hunting adolf hilter etc but you take problem with only one.

Adolf Hitler and suffragettes are not comparable. Does he title his videos about men, "Toxic Masculinity Gets Taken Down a Peg" when he posts footage of them killing them? There's an inherent political element to the video and you're saying that my context is wrong when it isn't.

They are situations from the same game with him using violence (your topic of dispute) yet you only take offense with one of them. And here you then choose to insert your own political aspect about toxic masculinity just like I said before - the problem comes from your view on it

Now you're just being frustratingly dishonest. I didn't insert the politics into that video, and you are blatantly ignoring how it was marketed and promoted. I don't take issues with the violence one way or the other, because the problem isn't THE GAME. The problem is THE VIDEO.

You interpreted the politics from the title however and created a nonexisting issue that is debunked by the very same content on the same channel, posted side by side with the videos you take offense to. That means you're willfully blinding yourself to keep your argument alive.
