The House would vote on a bill to address the organizational changes at the USPS that critics say would hobble mail-in voting efforts. House bill WOULD NOT provide additional funding, per Dems. One idea under consideration is some version of Maloney bill introduced this week
Timing also up in the air -- Dem convention starts tomorrow, GOP convention the week after. Top Dems trying to decide whether to attempt to vote in between or during GOP convention, etc
