@dpinsen yeah, but there's also severe malnutrition in places like africa. -
@hbdchick sure, but not in the US, where you see higher scores than Africa, but still a persistent gap. -
@dpinsen right. i'm guessing he's talking about on a global scale like he did in the book. still, it's more hereditary than he's letting on.
