I have various thoughts - one thing to do might be to find a plausible method of gathering all available info about patterns of consanguinuity in various cultures, and traits that map to your theory, then make a table presenting results, and a column for your gwas predictions.

Yes, or in general what people with this sort of theory do (e.g., Babcock & Crespi) when presenting a theory of this nature.

need to have some idea of which alleles affect altruistic-pro-social behaviors before making any gwas predictions, tho. except for very general ones.

That's fine, you can make predictions to the level of precision now permitted by data, then refine (or throw the theory away) as new data roll in.
