Yes
#STAAR correlates to socio-economics. Wealthier schools will end up with more money. They want to give more to schools (after students test) when students pass above state requirements. Their system is based on giving schools a carrot but growing it in concrete not soil.

Those are the same red flags I see. This would be the most radical and widespread abuse of the assessment program to date - and I’m one who does NOT object to assessments when the results are specifically intended to inform instruction.
