  6. YES. All bodies are good bodies. This includes if you’ve lost or gained due to disability before or after the pandemic. You all keep doing the best you can to do what you can, when you can.

  13. I can only - what you (I) can, when you (I) can. Consistent exercise is not in the cards for me right now. More movement that what I’m doing, maybe, but at the expense of health issues like migraines and fatigue and dizziness, it’s a hard balance to find.

  14. Excellent article. I am *enough* at my current state. More movement would be better, but it’s a goal for strength that will drive me, not the rapid weight loss leading to my disordered eating in the past. I loved the spotlights on different living their best lives here!
