    Thanks for ruining my honeymoon! Instead of letting me cancel the first leg of a flight (not even asking for a refund), you're trying to charge me what will end up costing me thousands of dollars! Classy move! Can't wait to never fly you again

    Sometimes I wonder if knows what year it is? Had a paper voucher from a messed up flight, tried to use voucher...have to drive to an airport to use it...arrive at airport, no one knows how to use a paper voucher...leave with no flight

    please let me know if your customer care number is just for fun. You just informed about a flight cancellation but no info about the connecting one.neither any concern about providing alternate option.

    I HAD FLIGHT IN 31ST JANUARY UKRAIN AIRLINES JFK TO ESB. THEY SEND ONE OF MY BAGGAGE TO ARMENIA.AFTER DAYS THEYSEND MY BAGGAGE BUT IT’S BROKEN AND LOTS OF MY CLOTHES BAGS AND SHOES WHICH ARE NEW WITH TAG STOLEN!! BAGGAGE WAS 23KG, IT CAME 14KG.

    you are the worst. Thanks for canceling the flight without any hotel voucher. Re booking us tomorrow, again, with no hotel voucher. Good thing I got travel insurance with you, which apparently is good for nothing. Your reviews are garbage for a reason.

    I HAVE AİRPORT REPORT AND DELIVERY SERVICE REPORT!! I LOST MY MONEY TO SPEND THAT NEW THINGS!! THEY HAVE BAD CUSTOMER RELATION SERVICE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT ANYTHING JUST SAY DO THIS, MAKE FILE ETC.. ITS THEIR FAULTT!! NOT MY!! SO THEY MUST DO ALL FILES!

    - received a hotel room - breakfast, lunch, and dinner voucher ($7,10,15 ... Not 1 those covered a meal price) - no customer service phone number - luggage won't make it to the final destination until day 5 of my "vacation"

    Thanks for damaging my suitcase , the bag company is asking for 1100 for the damages caused due to mishandling. Will have to pay from my own pocket because they closed my complaint on their own, which I had registered in August.

    still no compensation. Bags missing for more than 2 weeks whilst I travelled. Had to buy myself clothing and toiletries at my expense.

    I have been in for 3 days waiting for my luggage as you didn’t put it on the flight. You have offered no help and your customer service is non existent! What do I do ? ✈️❌

    They are the worst airline! don't care about anything&they lack experience in customer service, time management, organization & reservations. They only care about $ &they over book all their flights. Flights get delayed and families are separated on flights.

    Favorite part of complying with customer service guide of arrival > 2 hours ahead of scheduled flight? Getting to at 10:30pm and NOTHING is open to eat or drink. Flight gets home at 5am when I go to work.
