    Day 1: Today's Progress: I feel I need to start over with a Round 2 (R2D1). Life got in the way, but it won't stop me from coding! Thoughts I am trying Codecademy per Austin Beaufort's free e-book: Web Dev Playbook.

    Day 9&10: Started the udemy course - React - The Complete Guide (incl Hooks, React Router, Redux). Haven’t done much just the basics and a refresher on next gen JavaScript but I’m really enjoying the course so far.

  5. Day 7: I finished the Web Design portion and moving on to the JavaScript one. Wahoo! I didn't get as far as I wanted today because I focused on applying to jobs today. Ooof!

    R1D36: Finished chapter 12 of Head First Android. The pizza app now has a scrollable toolbar, a collapsing toolbar, a floating action button, and a snackbar (yes, it's really called like this) that gets displayed when the button's clicked.

    R2 Day 20: This is what i achieved today, knowing me it'll be totally different tomorrow because i'm really not sure about the design. I think i'm going to sleep on it and come back tomorrow.

    I really wish there were more female developers, especially here in Japan... ✌️🍣 A lofty goal of mine is to inspire more girls to code without worrying about being a bit geeky 👋

    R1D34: More LibGDX today, and I think that's probably the coolest thing I've ever done. 🤩 It won't be easy to go back to creating to-do-list apps after that! 😅

    D70 I deleted the CSS for my nav-bar and started it again and just like that it worked perfectly so my links are not underlined carried on working on the Product Page and done some reading on JavaScript and HTML

    tip: Short-circuits conditionals. If you have to execute a function only if condition is true: if (condition) { doSomething(): } You can use short-circuit: condition && doSomething(); 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️
