  4. I love to celebrate when people get non-academic jobs! Unfortunately, many departments don't celebrate them. Some treat it like it's the end of a career, instead of what it actually is: the beginning. CELEBRATE YOUR STUDENTS' CAREERS!

    The work world isn't real. 🌍 I know it feels real, but it's not. We invent it. Jobs and companies are created out of human imagination. Yes, do think about how you fit into this world. But also imagine the world you'll create once you learn how. 💪
