  7. Changes in day length and genetics are believed to trigger the mountain hare to change colour. A changing climate, means less snow on the plateau leaving these mountain mammals with nowhere to hide. 🏔🐇❄️

    As have just said, Shetland is certainly one of the best places to see otter, especially with your trail camera! I take and set lots of trail cams when I guide there in June with Here’s a clip I captured last June!

  13. We've been working with to reintroduce red squirrels at in the Scottish Highlands. From the early signs, it seems the red squirrels are thriving 💚

  14. Say hello to our beautiful treecreeper! 🐦😍💙 Treecreepers roughly weigh about 10 grams and excavate holes out of sequoia tree bark to sleep in at night! HOW cute?! 😍😍

  19. Wow! A jack snipe!!! 😍 Smaller than a snipe with a shorter bill they are secretive birds and not often seen! They crouch down in the reeds and have very camouflaged plumage! Excellent footage! 😍
