    Reminder: At $4.6 BILLION (with a B) the Walker/Vos/Trump Foxconn boondoggle comes out to $791.19 for every single resident of WI. That's $3,164.76 for a family of 4. Vos is personally profiting from the aforementioned Foxconn fiasco. Corporate socialism is a scam.

    After years of Republicans kicking the can down the road, Governor Evers has signed a budget that finally makes a major investment in our roads and bridges. It’s only a start, but his leadership moved us in the right direction.

    The budget I signed earlier this month is a down payment on The People's Budget. Over the next two years, we're finally going to start fixing the darn roads.

    Thanks to , we in Wisconsin pay for 1- other states’ Medicaid via the ACA 2- WI state Medicaid 3- Vos’s healthcare for life The Speaker also pays an extremely low corporate tax rate on his businesses, thanks to his own legislation. Fiscal responsibility?

    More state funding of education results in lower property taxes. What does @SenFitzgerald not understand?

    Senate Republicans have been focused since late last year on using our surplus for a tax cut for hard-working families, and the governor knows that. I don’t see us budging off that position. It appears that the teachers' unions are the ones calling all the shots in the East Wing.

    I’m grateful will be fighting for a better budget for public schools today. Hoping and will fight, too. Let’s be clear: if you fail to fight for a dramatically increased budget, you’re failing our kids.
