    Weight loss has now become a habit... a good habit, it’s coming as second nature to just eat right and exercise. I can be in a social situation and make choices that are right for me.. and it’s starting to show in my body shape.... I’m really happy!! 😃😃.

  15. 18/1 S: The new year resolution is to cut down on unhealthy foods & lose weight, so i'm starting a tag to document what I did today on the . I skipped dinner, mainly because I was rushing to the 7pm session after the 430pm one. I think missing a meal is fine.

    Mais c'est la vie, non?⁠ ~⁠ Maybe they will 🛑 making some assumptions --like that I'm lazy or have no life goals-- but those will just be replaced w/ something else. Could be negative, could be positive. Not sure, but today's motivation is just about knowing
