    Great night with a turnout of 39 young men of Spring Valley came to get better tonight at workouts. These boys did it being safe and still having fun working together as a team. Tiger Pride!

    Reminder that all PE classes are now outdoors (Tier 4). Make sure you have a waterproof jacket as the forecast doesn’t look great ☔️, but we can only hope for 🌞 🙏 🤞

    France bans "natural" gas heating in new buildings, starting next year. This follows on from UK looking to do same by 2023, and Holland busy working to disconnect 200,000 existing homes from gas annually starting in 2022.

    Just wanted to give a shout out to and the school board. It was nice watching the school board meeting online tonight. It was very evident they have our best interests in mind. Hope to be back in person soon! Also, how do I log in to canvas? 🤪

    Say you don’t have kids yet, or are empty nesters, all of the above can apply to you. You can read, do some math, build something. Puzzles, crosswords, bake stuff. Try new recipes. Get outside and move around. Get physically tired often throughout the day.
