    Great reporting by . School contact tracing is taking so long that parents aren’t being notified their child should quarantine until up to a week later. Some aren’t notified of exposures at all. This isn’t going to cut it.

    They have been warning for 7 to 10 days or so they were getting to this point. Explaining what it meant in detail in recent days. Now that it is here...some are surprised? How surprised should we pretend to be when it happens here?

    Tragic.

    I broke down tonight. I broke down because our team lost 2 special patients to this damn virus. 2 fully vaccinated lung transplant patients who did everything right and still it wasn't enough.

    Thinking a lot lately about something said in his State of the State address back in January. "If we want smaller government, we need bigger people." I agree, but at what point do we accept that smaller people might need bigger government?
